1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup plant-based milk
1/4 cup brawn sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions
- In a small pan, heat milk to about 40℃.
- Put warm milk and rolled oats in the zipper bag, seal well and leave it for about 5 minuites.
- Add brawn sugar and cinnamon powder, seal and mix well.
- Transfer it to a freezer and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Crumple the zipper bag soft, then freeze again for 2 hours.
- Let the ice cream soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
