Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 1/4 cup brawn sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions

  • In a small pan, heat milk to about 40℃.
  • Put warm milk and rolled oats in the zipper bag, seal well and leave it for about 5 minuites.
  • Add brawn sugar and cinnamon powder, seal and mix well.
  • Transfer it to a freezer and freeze for about 2 hours.
  • Crumple the zipper bag soft, then freeze again for 2 hours.
  • Let the ice cream soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
